Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay had a lot to say about coach Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs’ dynamic offense leading up to the highly-anticipated Monday Night Football matchup.
On the Chiefs offense:
“They’ve got some great concepts that they can activate they do an excellent job week to week attacking the core coverages that defenses are activating,” McVay said. “I think coach [Andy] Reid does a phenomenal job of being able to keep teams off balance. They’ve got plays that start out looking the same, but are different. They can beat you with the run, they can beat you with the pass, they’re excellent in the screen, they’ve got a great empty package. I think when you compliment a great system with a great coach and then you talk about the playmakers in spots, and what a phenomenal job they’ve done, they’re fun to watch.
