All signs pointed out to a rough start for the Deacs. A defense ravaged by injuries going against an inspired Ryan Finley at home, short week of preparation without your starting QB, and even Greg Dortch making an unusual mental mistake by deciding last minute to field a punt and giving it up to the Wolfpack inside Wake’s 5-yard line.
