Buccaneers fans have plenty to be excited for this year, and NFL.com has set its sights on two specific players.

June and July are full of speculation and predictions as teams like the Buccaneers have concluded OTAs and are in prep mode for training camp.

It could be considered a time for lists, and one such list featured two names Bucs fans will be familiar with.

Adam Schein of NFL.com recently published his list of nine young players he sees as having Hall of Fame potential.

To predict such a thing at such an early point in any players career is uncertain at best.

Still, it’s fun to think about the future and how your favorite player’s days may end up in Canton.

So, who were the two names?

Jameis Winston

Coming in sixth on his rankings was quarterback Jameis Winston. The third-year quarterback and former Heisman Trophy winner has certainly turned some heads in his short career.

To this point, Winston has flashed solid leadership chops and can find a camera nearby just about everything he’s doing.

Recently, the former Seminoles standout went on record saying he wanted to be the best quarterback ever.

Lofty goals, but if his Hall of Fame potential is real, then it certainly isn’t out of the realm of possibilities.

Mike Evans

Landing third on the list was wide receiver Mike Evans.

Evans drew some criticism two years ago for dropped passes and even owned up to them himself.

However, it hasn’t stopped him from becoming one of the best receivers in the game today.

Combining this year with veteran free-agent DeSean Jackson should give the fourth-year player even more chances to flash his greatness.

Look for Evans to work his way to his fourth straight 1,000-yard season and hopefully another dozen or so scores to go with it.

The only players coming in ahead of Evans were New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., and Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.

Beckham is certainly well on his way to a Canton worthy career, and if “Zeke” can continue what he did in 2016, he’s got a gold jacket in his future as well.

Check out the rest of the list, and sound off with who you see as having Hall of Fame potential as well.
