Now been told Russ Brandon has traveled to Michigan alone to meet with Ralph Wilson. That sounds like doom for Buddy Nix
A lot of static about the status of Bills GM Buddy Nix at the moment. A lot of uncertainty from my sources. Many clues, little hard info.

Russ Brandon will now have 100% control over the operational departments of the Buffalo Bills. First, let me ask you to please watch the press conference before you critique the situation, but before you do, let me go over a few things this will imply.
Russ Brandon will have final say over all coaching decisions. Mr Wilson will no longer afford any opinion in this department.
Russ Brandon will decide our operational moves and approve our football operations, something Mr Wilson has overseen for years.
Russ Brandon will now be in charge and have unlimited access to the financial commitments of the Buffalo Bills in regards to players and personnel.
Buddy Nix, who reported to Ralph Wilson directly will now be given 1 year as the GM of the Buffalo Bills to assist in personnel moves only, after which power will transition to a new GM and Nix will have the option to join our personnel department or retire.
This is what will be pretty much said in 30 mins.

Only one that surprises me is Lovie Smith. Really? After a 10-win season? Not going to find a much better coach than that.
Agree on the surprising part, but he has been to the playoffs 3 times in 9 years. Regardless, lets say the Packers win and the Bears are in. Do you fire him then?

I'm shocked to see all these names. This is truly going to be an interesting offseason. Craziness. I wonder if Lovie will be a head coach or go to a coordinator at his next stop.
He'll be a head coach. ESPN has reported that four teams have already contacted him about a head coaching position.

From Adam Schefter:
Andy Reid has emerged as the leading candidate to become Arizona's next HC and could be named to job by end of the week, per league sources.
From Adam Caplan
Two high-ranking#NFL personnel execs say Oregon HC Chip Kelly is the clear #1 choice for the Browns.
This one doesn't make sense to me. The players in Cleveland don't really match Kelly's system.
