Chip Kelly will be getting paid majorly.

Word is the Browns plan to go at him very hard along with Philly, and San Deigo possibly. Lots of teams want him. Hottest coach candidate right now.

Lovie Smith getting fired was a pretty dumb move. Let's say hypothetically, the Vikings lose yesterday to the Packers. Bears get the last wildcard spot in the playoffs. Do you still fire Lovie after? Doubt it.

Time Graham has tweeted these (He's a Buffalo News Reporter and former ESPN AFC East reporter)

Now been told Russ Brandon has traveled to Michigan alone to meet with Ralph Wilson. That sounds like doom for Buddy Nix

Then he tweeted.....

A lot of static about the status of Bills GM Buddy Nix at the moment. A lot of uncertainty from my sources. Many clues, little hard info.

Per Jason LA Canfora, Bills expected to interview Ken Wisenthunt. As long as he doesn't select the QB lol

Only one that surprises me is Lovie Smith. Really? After a 10-win season? Not going to find a much better coach than that.

Buffalo Bills holding a press conference at noon eastern today.  I'm willing to bet Buddy Nix is fired.

Russ Brandon will now have 100% control over the operational departments of the Buffalo Bills. First, let me ask you to please watch the press conference before you critique the situation, but before you do, let me go over a few things this will imply.

Russ Brandon will have final say over all coaching decisions. Mr Wilson will no longer afford any opinion in this department.

Russ Brandon will decide our operational moves and approve our football operations, something Mr Wilson has overseen for years.

Russ Brandon will now be in charge and have unlimited access to the financial commitments of the Buffalo Bills in regards to players and personnel.

Buddy Nix, who reported to Ralph Wilson directly will now be given 1 year as the GM of the Buffalo Bills to assist in personnel moves only, after which power will transition to a new GM and Nix will have the option to join our personnel department or retire.

This is what will be pretty much said in 30 mins.

Agree on the surprising part, but he has been to the playoffs 3 times in 9 years. Regardless, lets say the Packers win and the Bears are in. Do you fire him then?

I'm shocked to see all these names. This is truly going to be an interesting offseason. Craziness. I wonder if Lovie will be a head coach or go to a coordinator at his next stop.

I'm not that surprised by any of these, they all make sense IMO. I just hope we don't lose Nolan and Koetter.

He'll be a head coach. ESPN has reported that four teams have already contacted him about a head coaching position.

Lovie Smith has contacted the Bills and expressed his desire to coach the team.

Tim Graham‏
@ByTimGraham

Just spoke to source close to Lovie Smith who says "Lovie feels very good about" Bills being a good fit. Don't know if Bills feel same

From Adam Schefter:

Andy Reid has emerged as the leading candidate to become Arizona's next HC and could be named to job by end of the week, per league sources.

From Adam Caplan

Two high-ranking #NFL personnel execs say Oregon HC Chip Kelly is the clear #1 choice for the Browns.

This one doesn't make sense to me. The players in Cleveland don't really match Kelly's system.

Doesn't matter. Give him full control and let him turn the Browns into exactly what he wants, ala Sean Payton '06 in New Orleans.
