So you've got the media thinking that Finley will be shipped/cut come the end of the season. And you've got Finley thinking and wanting to be a Packer for life. Who to believe?
I don't understand why they would retain him personally. He's been such a let down this year.
Jermichael Finley says he wants to "be a Packer for life."
The Journal-Sentinel has reported that if the Packers can't trade Finley this offseason, they will release him. "I think that's just media. That's just talk out there. I haven't seen anything yet. They haven't shown me any signs. I'm here as far as I know," he said. Finley signed a two-year, $15 million deal with the Pack in February. He's been wildly disappointing on the field, averaging just 3.4 catches for 37.5 yards with two touchdowns through 14 games.
