His bio is actually wrong. He started as a true freshman in 09. Got a real bad dehydration injury his sophmore year, went into renal failure and actually almost died. He went from 290 lbs to 245, and it was all muscle that he lost. He could barely walk up a flight of stairs when he got out the hospital. He missed that season. This year and last year he was basicly the 6th offensive lineman, playing every position other then center.
I will be heading to Rome, Georgia early Thursday morning. Hopefully watching the Knights bring home that ship.
Marian is a really amazing story. The program only started 6 years ago and is already in the title game. They were a better team last year but choked in the final 4.
