After the Ravens dominating 23-3 win over the Washington Redskins in their first preseason game, lets look at three things we learned.
1. This defense is going to be special
Yes, this was the first preseason game and most of the starters did not play more than a series or two, I get that. However, this defense looked to be the real deal last night and lived up to all of the training camp hype. Their depth is what makes them so good. The defensive line stood out as Brent Urban and Bronson Kaufusi stepped up in a big way.
2. Justin Tucker is a human being
Tucker missed a 43-yard field goal which shocked just about everybody. Just when you can imagine the headlines about people bashing Tucker, he nails a 59-yard field goal.
