Tennessee has added former junior college coach of the year Joe Osovet to the coaching staff, per this tweet from Osovet himself.

Osovet was serving as the head coach and offensive coordinator for ASA College in New York. He was able to take a program that started in 2009 to new heights, capturing a 9-1 record during the 2017 season.
According to Michael Bratton, Osovet will be a quality control coach for the Volunteers.

Osovet will be a quality control coach at Tennessee, not the new running backs coach. He can coach any position of offense. Adds Northeast experience/connections to UT’s staff https://t.co/oBMqVmnw0Q— SEC Mike (@MichaelWBratton) February 14, 2018

Bratton also said back in January that Tennessee talked to Osovet about the vacant receivers coach position. David Johnson was ultimately hired for the position.
