Looking back: One of the weirdest wackiest seasons of recent memory belong to the 2016 Bayou Bengals. It fittingly began with an inexplicable cheap shot against Wisconsin. In Game 4, LSU defeated Auburn on a last second touchdown and Gus Malzahn was looking like he might be fired. Only moments later, a replay showed that LSU had not gotten the snap off in time and it was Miles who was fired hours later.
