Hey everyone, the secret is out, the Canes are supposed to be really good this year. After a 10-3 record in 2017, Miami has huge expectations to be even better this fall. However, there are always, always those teams that love to sneak up on the Hurricanes.
For this article, I’m not going to include teams like LSU, FSU or Virginia Tech. Why? Because those are really good teams, and Miami could go into those games as potential underdogs, depending on the situation.
However, lets take a look at the sleepers on Miami’s schedule.
The first trap game for Miami is at home against North Carolina in late September. The Tar Heels will roll into Hard Rock Stadium for a Thursday night game. If, or when Miami beats LSU to open the season, the Canes have three straight cupcake games before hosting Carolina.
