It was a pretty eventful Wednesday for the Ohio State Buckeyes. A television time was set for the early season showdown with TCU (8 p.m. ET) and future football schedules saw some additions—and postponement. The Bucks added Buffalo and Akron to the 2020 and 2021 schedules, respectively, while pushing back the home-and-home series with Texas to 2025-26.
While the Texas showdown seems like an eternity away, and the TCU kickoff feels like it’ll take forever to get here, too, there is some good news for Buckeye fans looking for some football news: the recruiting trail is hot for the Scarlet and Gray.
On top of all the scheduling news from Wednesday, an offer was announced to a 2020 prospect.
Speaking of the Lone Star State
Football matchups with Texas programs aren’t the only reason for why the Bucks are making their way into the Lone Star State.
