It’s only May, but the hype surrounding Michigan football has been consistent since quarterback Shea Patterson was granted eligibility to play in 2018.
First, ESPN ranked Michigan No. 10 in their post-spring rankings.
And now, put out a list of Heisman favorites, among the 18 players, Patterson made the cut.
The list features Big Ten players such as QB Dwayne Haskins (Ohio State) at No. 15, QB Trace McSorely (Penn State) at No. 9, RB J.K. Dobbins (Ohio State) at No. 7, and RB Jonathon Taylor (Wisconsin) at No. 4.
Patterson ranked higher than all his Big Ten peers on this list, coming in at No. 3.
