Sophomore safety Ken Handy-Holly has left the football program at Minnesota and will transfer somewhere closer to home, per 247 Sports’ Kyle Goblirsch.
This was reported back on Feb. 9, but I was apparently asleep at the wheel.

As a true freshman, Handy-Holly was forced into action after starting safety Antoine Winfield, Jr. went down with an injury early in the season. In seven games, he recorded 12 tackles, forced one fumble, and recovered one fumble.
