The NFL Draft is about a week and a half away, and former BYU WR Jonah Trinnaman has been getting quite a bit of buzz since his big pro day.
At BYU’s pro day on March 30, Trinnaman officially ran a 4.30 40-yard dash, had a 12 foot broad jump and 40.5 inch vertical jump. The first two marks would have led ALL players at this year’s NFL combine, and his vertical jump would have led all wide receivers. The 144-inch broad jump is only 4 inches away from the world record.
Trinnaman met with the Chicago Bears the night prior to pro day, and many are speculating that the Bears will either draft him or sign him as an undrafted free agent.
April is the season for mock drafts, and multiple mock drafts have the Chicago Bears drafting Trinnaman in one of the first seven rounds.
