Paul Posluszny, he of 372 career tackles, announced today that was retiring as a Jacksonville Jaguar.
For those of us of a certain age, Posluszny is the face of an era of Penn State football. As a young teen, I watched Posluszny lead Penn State’s rise back to national prominence in the mid-2000s. During his four years, he twice was named a consensus All-American, twice was selected as the Chuck Bednarik Award winner and one was named the winner of the Dick Butkus Award.
