The Dolphins have signed Jay Cutler to a 1- year $10m deal.

After Ryan Tannehill went down, the Dolphins had to find another option and quarterback. They have found one with the signing of former Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the deal is worth $10 million plus incentives and has not been finalized.

Cutler had retired in May and was set to star a career in broadcasting. However, when Tannehill got hurt, Gase saw an opportunity to bring in a guy he was familiar with.The former Bears quarterback played under Gase in Chicago in 2015. He threw for 3,659 yards, 21 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

There have been no updates on Tannehill’s injury, but this signing may point to bad news. Expect more updates concerning Tannehill soon.
