With the first ever early National Signing Day slated to begin next Wednesday (December 20th), head coach Dave Clawson and the rest of the Wake Forest staff are putting the finishing touches on the 2018 class.
This class grew to 21 commits when Rondell Bothroyd, Dion Bergan, and Anthony Manning committed to Wake Forest on Sunday afternoon.
Overall Wake now sits at 53rd nationally and 12th in the ACC with its ‘18 class and will look to lock up all 21 guys in the early period next week.
Rondell Bothroyd (6-3, 250 pound TE/DE)
Rondell Bothroyd is a three-star tight end/defensive end out of Willington, Connecticut who was previously committed to Temple University.
Bothroyd had been committed to Temple since August 2nd, but following a visit to Wake Forest he determined that Winston-Salem is where he wanted to spend the next 4-5 years.
